SOW-01

SCOPE OF WORK

RPS designs the Scope of Work and states what work needs to be done. From there RPS can control the scope to meet your project needs.

Cost-01

COST

Cost is one of the most important aspects of a successful project. Our subcontractors will give you competitive bids for the best quality of work.  Each contractor is qualified and chosen by an RPS Project Director.

time-01

TIME

Our RPS Project Director or Inspector can be on site for each key point of the project.  Thus, RPS helps to ensure the project is completed on time, per the specifications and scope of work and is updated in “real time” to our clients.

HOW WE DO IT?

Bids

Bids & Proposals

We use Professional Project Directors & Inspectors (personal experience required)

Then design the scope to match the owner’s desires, expectations & needs.

We choose from over 16 contractors who bid for our services.

Planning

Planning

We plan very well for all our projects and communicate every day.

Provide specific details that will eliminate all confusion as well as increase the confidence of the board of directors (BOD’s comments… “this project plan is very clear” “this is the easiest decision we have ever had to make”)

Execution

Execution

Once the subcontractors are ready to break ground, the Reliable Pavement Director will start to monitor the progress of the project and report back to the property manager every day. This will be accomplished by site visits, inspections, materials verification reports, pictures and other documents allowing the owner full confidence that the job was completed according to an agreement.

Controlling

Controlling

Controlling is part of the project management lifecycle because there is always a possibility that not everything will fall into place perfectly.  In the case of these circumstances, you need a construction manager that has experience and a proven methodology for performance evaluations and implementation of corrective action. We try our best to make sure that we keep our clients aware of and guide them to the best decisions based on the accurate and timely information.

Closing

Closing

Once the project is complete, the Reliable Pavement Services Project Director will do a final inspection of the site to make sure all specifications in the proposal are met.

Let us help you reduce liabilities in your parking lot.

HOW DO WE GET PAID?

  • RPS IS THE PRIME CONTRACTOR

RPS is the “1 stop shop” of the entire process.  We will design, bid and manage the entire project from start to finish.  We will give you bid results of 4-8 contractors (depending on the job).  The major benefit is you add RPS’s General Liability & Professional Liability insurance to the contract process.  This is by far the most preferred service / payment method

  • OUTSIDE SALES FEE

For owners who want the contractor to pay RPS, we will work off a sales fee – replacing the all contractors inside “sales fee” with our outside “sales fee”.  We remove the need for you to have multiple vendor contacts, RPS is your single point of contact with each project… no-matter who we invite to bid the job.  The downside of this process is you eliminate RPS from being able to offer our GL & PL coverages as we are more or less an outside sales contact.

  • Consulting Service Agreement

For owners who want to pay the contractor themselves and choose to pay RPS a consulting agreement only.  This is based on an hourly estimate of time and is TBD per job and per agreement.

HOW MUCH DO WE COST?

Flat out… we save you money, we rarely cost you any money.

We have saved communities nearly $ 1,000,000.00 vs contractor suggested scopes of work – in this calendar year. And/or increased the life expectancy of the work installed.
